What's your diet like, /sci/?

I was thinking in making some modifications on my diet to optimize my performance. I need to be able to focus during waking hours, I usually get tired easily and I need to take naps to still focus correctly. I want to feel I have sharp thoughts during my whole waking hours, not just every now and then till I start feeling sleepy. Do you eat some kind of food that you feel it helps you to concentrate?
Right now I'm eating fish once or twice a week, and I also take fish oil pills. Caffeine doesn't do much to me, maybe it helps me to feel a little more awaken for around 10 minutes and that's all. Post your brain food.
