The rule is if the next letter is k, p, t, ch, ph, th, s, x, ps it is pronounced "ef", if it is b, g, d, z, l, m, n, r or a vowel it is "ev". So the correct pronounciations are:

Keep in mind that ancient pronounciation could be somewhat different and if it comes from german it's pronounced "oi". But all this is too much so the alternative is to pronounce everything as "yoo".
