Alrighty /sci/, I have a very scientific problem that I need help with, this is not bait. I have problems when I pee, so after I pee I have dribbles that appear on my underwear and sometimes my pants, which is a problem for obvious reasons. I looked up how to solve it and doing kegels was part of the solution. Problem is, I'm not sure if I'm doing them properly. Am I supposed to be feeling the contraction in the area around my anus, or is somewhere else? I would think pelvic floor "muscles" implies there's more than one group working. Are there seperate muscles I'm supposed to feel around the bladder, or is it all the same?
