It was about 20-30 years ago that Pluto passed further away from the Sun IIRC. I should look up the historical interval during which Pluto was closer, judging by the arc and without checking I'm gonna spitball that it's a period of about 80 years, circa 1910-1990 with fudging for whatever the real dates are. After I write this I'll check my educated guess.
Also IIRC Pluto and Neptune are in a simple, stable resonance, like 2:3 or 3:4 or such. Another good example of the classical three-body problem apart from Earth/Moon/Sun.
