Why would anyone NEED to win THIS badly..? At the end, he needed to almost make up fake excuses to find inspirations to win, he sought after ANY need to win. Just in order to win. He created it himself out of thin air, if he needed to, just like a dictator would. The only reason it's acceptable is because this insane need of power was contained within a sport, which in itself is great, but the personality trait is nothing but one of a dictator.
That being said, I'd love to know the mentality of Tom Brady, Ingemar Stenmark, Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps. Cudos to MJ for sharing.
