You're trying to make the wrong argument here. Trying to find a 100% libertarian free market and saying "look, no recessions" is not the right approach. You're looking for something that's rare rare to begin with, and regardless you will never find an example of an economy that was always great and never had any issues.
But that's the point; communism/command economies doesn't get rid of economic crises. The Soviet economy was in the dumpster in the late 70s/early 80s. North Korea's entire existence is basically one fat economic crisis.
Recessions aren't a feature of free markets, they're a feature of _markets_.

That and by just barely keeping the working class over the poverty line to incentivize them to work, any slight stress on the economy leads to mass impoverishment
