If x^2+bx+c=0, then "r" and "s" are the solutions of the equation with sum -B(i.e.,r+s=-B) and product C(i.e.,rs=C).

Low-tier. I remember solving quadratics this way back in 7th grade. You broke it down into the possible brackets and found a combination that combine to the sum and product.
