Rest mass energy is calculated by E=mc^2 assuming both the antimatter and the normal matter are not moving close to the speed of light the the energy would be 2*3*10^16 = 6*10^16 joules of energy. For a comparison an estimate of a large nuclear bombs energy is 84000 TJ according to (The World Book Encyclopedia. Chicago: World Book. 1999. 597) 84000 TJ = 8.4*10^16 joules. So in conclusion it would be significant but not earth shattering.

There are bombs that operate on this principle of flinging explosives outwards into their air. It works because the explosives react with air instead of oxidizers contained within the bomb. They're called thermobaric bombs and they are the most powerful non nuclear weapons we have. This would be like a thermobaric bomb but many, many orders of magnitude more powerful.
