No in the sense that there aren't many 100% complete fossils out there (though there are plenty that are 90%+)
Yes in the sense that when you have multiple skeletons of the same animal you can easily see how the entire thing looks like, like if you find a t-rex without it's right arm you can figure out how the arm looks from the preserved arm or the right arms of the skeletons that do have it.
