/lit/ is a smarter board than /sci/

Why can u have better discussions on /lit/ than on /sci/?

/sci/ clearly knows more about the physical sciences and can give a more technical answer to some question.

But it seems /lit/ are actually the ones that actually read books.
Even if both have their share of pol bait shit (Marx threads on lit, race threads on /sci/) I find /lit/ can create better arguments, or at least better written arguments.

I would say both have their share of shitposters, but for some reason I feel /lit/ is of higher quality board than /sci/

From what I see both seem to be around the same IQ (125-135) but seems like /lit/ wins because they have better argumentation, and more knowledge of philosophy.

/sci/ can only give reddit answers from what I see (except when is about an undergrad question most guys here saw in their undergrad class).
