Never. Biological legs are very energy efficient, carry beneficial lymph nodes, help keep the body cool via sweat (among the other benefits of sweat glands), have a self-repairing feature, and can induce the sensation of touch.

Prosthetics are very useful for those who have lost their limbs, but they will always be just an imitation after all.

Even you could make a superior limb. There is still the issue of integration. Natural limbs are closely mechanically integrated into the body, they have a sturdy attachment to the bone, and then there is all the muscles which extend from the limb into the body. Prosthetics will always be kind of shit without that integration which may not even be possible.

This is wrong. There are currently prosthetics that give people a sense of touch by stimulating peripheral nerves.
Also, we're not that far from using motor nerves for control purposes

thats still a very hackish solution, ideally you would want to connect the limbs directly to the brain by attaching them to the nerve system, not by hovering over it
