So I’m fucking fascinated with the idea of predictive policing software. I’ve watched multiple shows about horrible crimes, particularly the slow torture and murder of the kid Gabriel Hernandez by his whore mother and her boyfriend. The documentary stated these crimes could be prevented with AI. But they also flat out say we can’t because it’s racist! I’m wondering.. any of you computer hobbyist think setting up your own computer system that has super powered neural networks is possible? I want my own homemade PC. Built specifically to be like my own HAL 9000. I’m tired of only the elites having this power in there hands. Is it possible?
