wrong, it's Grana Padano. I can eat about 500g of only grana in one sitting. Permeggiano is better in food.

Also, i think the crystals are more defined in Grana, and Grana is also a bit creamier (less crumbly), both of these being positives for me.

What does matter is that blue cheese is nowhere near the quality of a good Grana. A wheel of italian Grana (be it Padano or Reggiano) smells of flowers and nuts. A wheel of blue cheese smells of death and old dog smegma. Yes, there might be tasty, creamy cheese inside, and it is good, but one must disregard one of his senses if he wants to enjoy blue cheese.
