I always thought the way Americans approach race to be extremely divisive and ironically, racist. Best way to end racism is to stop talking about race constantly, except in cases where it really matters (ie. genetic differences that impact medical research, or forensics).
Otherwise it's extremely divisive and polarizing to be constantly categorizing people into charts like the one in the OP.
