because you do not have this conceptual scheme, you are under the confused impression that your question is asking about empirical facts about spacetime. you did not do this. you are asking a question on the philosophy of science. the answers will have to do with the way you define your terms, and you can get many answers.
you are unable and willing to recognize the need to define basic terms before trying to answer this question. because you are unable and unwilling to do it, you continue to engage in those fruitless arguments, not even realizing that you're using the wrong method to answer a question, because you have no theory of how to answer questions of this kind. you just intuitively ask them without even being able to coherently explain what you're asking.
