The pharmacology of wellbutrin is weird. In theory it should "enhance" your cognitive ability due to it being a NDRI. In theory it should also be able to treat ADHD considering its an NDRI but it actually shows poor efficacy in treating ADHD.
In summary:In theory yes it should, based on studies it is uncertain.
