Seems a stretch to consider humans at this stage as intelligent.

Are there other life forms in the universe. Well yes, either life spread from elsewhere in the universe or the same conditions where it developed on earth exist in trillions of other places in the universe.

It seems a religious level of superstition to insist on believing we’re gods special little children and there aren’t any other creatures.

If there’s life on other planets it’s also just as certain that many of the worlds that can harbor life are stable enough for it to develop into an advanced, semi-intelligent form with a society, technology, etc like present day humans as well.

Are any of these creatures advanced enough to be truly intelligent? Will humans be able to advance to being truly intelligent instead of 99% being barely self aware animals? Tune in next time to find out more

There are lots of things that could wipe out life on entire planets very fast tho. Even if there was lots of intelligent life in the universe it would not necessarily exist at the same time. There could've been industrial level civilizations on Mars a few hundred million years ago and we wouldn't know.

Actual life forming on Venus or Junipter. Even with human level intelligence, odds are they'd never leave the planet. Whether it's the difficulty of gravity, or the fact you couldn't replicate those living conditions inside a suit. You may not ever be able to produce a civilisation capable of producing radio waves because the environment just doesn't give you the ability to replicate what we were doing 200 years ago.

You are assuming that life on other planets would require oxygen. There are living things even on our own planet that show this to not be necessary. Taking the sceptical approach to an extreme, we can’t verify that our laws of physics even necessarily apply to other galaxies.
