American Indians said double tornados were one of the gods walking on earth. If you've ever seen a video of two tornados twisting around each other, you'll see it's not as dumb as it sounds.
Speaking of possibly dumb, is there a way to disrupt a tornado with something like a high powered laser to heat part of it up, thus changing its air flow pattern?
