I think I have social anxiety, as for the past 8 years my body has been starting to shake whenever any human contact was about to be made. I'm almost 20 now.
What medication could help with it?
Would it decrease my math abilities?
Is it better to order the pills from the dark net, or go to the psychiatrist (maybe they don't have certain pills in my cunt)?

duloxetine is some good shit
I tried a whole bunch of different GABA shit and other things over the years trying to deal with social anxiety, but finally just going to psychiatrist and getting some duloxetine actually pretty much fixed the problem for me with very minimal side effects

SNRIs are pretty good, I got venlafaxine first but it was shit because of muscle tension and twitching side effects it game, but then got duloxetine which was just as effective without any of the side effects
benzos and other GABA shit is effective in the short term, like if you just have some event you need to perform well at, but they don't work very well in the long term because of the tolerance/dependence issues and cognitive side effects. I tried taking them longish term a numbre of times, but they never actually dealt with the anxiety and missing any dose by a few hours would bring at all right back, whereas with duloxetine it's just fucking gone and I barely even think about it anymore.

Also trazodone is pretty good in my experience, the effect isn't as strong as duloxetine but it is quite noticeable and I've been taking a bit together with duloxetine. For the first few days of taking it you feel maybe a little bit drunk in the day, but that goes away quickly and after that it just makes me sleepy right after I take it and sleep a bit longer than without it and get much more fun dreams without any noticeable side effects the next day.

yeah it should be pretty easy to get this stuff from any psychiatrist, definitely much less of a pain in the ass than ordering shit yourself and trying to find good vendors and maintaining a supply that way
just tell them to fuck off if they try to prescribe SSRIs or antipsychotics and you should be good to go

I was taking SSRIs and noticed no mental effects, the only noticable change was it took longer to cum. I stopped taking them cold turkey and again noticed no mental change and my dick went back to normal. Have I secretly experienced some irreversable mental detirioration that I haven't noticed or am I fine?

It’s the most effective and easiest treatment for any anxiety disorder.

Only if it’s so bad that the thought of confronting your fear makes you faint should you resort to GUIDED medication. Don’t fuck around with drugs yourself.

If you can’t do it yourself, ask friends/family. If that fails, you might have to ask some psychology student (a friend had to treat a phobia as a random assignment, that’s how easy these are to beat). If that fails, there’s psychotherapy.
