My friends don't believe that this is correct, they think I'm a liar and they keep clown reacting my comments. But this is correct if you had a room that's 4m high filled it with water and then sealed it off then attached a tiny tiny tube filled with water that was 36m high that effectively makes it 40m deep??? someone please confirm this.
