Who would win in a fight, myxogastrids or dictyostelids?
>>11780488I miss my pet slime mold, I found him on the logs of this decaying cabin in the woods when I was a kid and built a nice little terrarium and fed him oats and other tasty snaccs and watched him grow for about 6 months. Eventually he got bored and decided to fruit, so I put his spores back out in the woods after that.
Don't know the species since it was so long ago and didn't have any identification resources at the time, but was some kind of pink raspberry boi that looked a bit like this pic.
