How does one get insanly fit? I know what you're thinking, what the fuck you asking it here and not on /fit/ however this is more about the actual science than fitness. I want to know if it's possible to keep the strength one gets from something like an adrenaline shot for a significant amount of time and how you would achieve it. I thought of brain surgery as the most simple way to achieve it, but I'm not sure if it could work. Forgive my retardness, and thank you for your knowledge.
