You need to do a dopamine Detox, Basically, Turn your Internet off for a few days and don't use any sort of electronic entertainment, masturbate or eat out of boredom. I know that feel OP. I feel like I should be learning and bettering myself during quarantine but just end up blankly staring at shit for an hour. If I do get to things I want to rush through them very quickly or else my mind wanders around or I get sleep and bored. End up defaulting to video games.

Never used to be this bad. Even today I woke up all pumped up to continue learning my weeaboo runes and instead spent an hour browsing 4chan, then at breakfast and "relaxed" watching youtube videos. Then all of a sudden it's time for lunch so no point of starting something new! Time to eat and relax. Then maybe workout. After the workout though it'll be dinner time. Then shower time, then it's 8-9pm. Meaning it's too late to start anything.

You are addicted to internet, and worse yet, 4chan in specific. Try limiting your time here, use website blockers if needed, toss your smartphone inside a drawer for the time you alloted for studying. Remove as many distractions as possible from your study environment, and do your best to break the habit of addictive internet use. I didn't become a miraculous hard worker but limiting my access to useless timesinks like this makes it much easier to your basic work done. Slowly you will break the circle of addictive feedback loops and you focusing on your work will come more naturally.

I've tried to remove these things. I get afraid if someone is trying to contact me for something important if I put down my phone. Freaks me out. As for the internet I do all my study/work on the internet, so it makes it very easy to just click on other things.

I can only speak for myself but there's rarely someone contacting me about something that can't wait at least 30-60 minutes until reply, most of it is just noise. As for the latter point, I've been struggling with this too since most of my course work became online. Websites blockers help with this, as does creating an user profile strictly for work, with only the bare essentials. It's not ideal but any distraction cut off is a small victory.
