There was a story last year about some chinese probe that crashed on the moon that was carrying tardigrades for an experiment and its expected they'll survive in their dormant state almost indefinitely (its not likely they'll ever wake up on the moon since the conditions aren't favorable or likely to ever become so, but still).
Bacteria can be even more hearty and the only thing they need to worry about is being whacked dead-on by a cosmic ray, which is shooting a flea off a dogs back with a grain of sand, from lightyears.
