Depending on the manner of death, probably toxic shock. You die of infection and malnutrition pretty quickly afterwards, regardless.

Your body is 0.3% bacteria. It's unlikely that the dead bacteria would cause any significant issues because even of that small percent, almost all of it is in your intestines where they would immediately turn into poop.
