In modern societies many people have receding gum lines. Their teeth eventually come out. It’s not good.

Gum grafts - you cut off tissue from the roof of your palate (or someone can donate their tissue) and dentists stitch it onto your receeding gums.

This plus different brushing techniques.
For example, always using the very extra +soft bristles and doing it from the gum towards the crown.

Something like pic related. Doing it softly in one direction only. Do not stab the gums with the brushes or you'll bleed.
I'm no dentist at all, some of them showed me how to do it as to not obliterate my own gums.

I got scared by what looks like a receding gum line and just use an electric brush everyday, and press lightly.
My canines, between the tooth and gum, look like they has a chunk bitten out. I'm guessing the gums covered these concaves but receded.
