I guarantee that there is information omitted from both the clip presented by OP and the quote presented by Fox, to make it seem more idiotic than it is. Presenting a bad argument while framing it as a good argument is classic outrage theater. Fox used to be the best at this, but now that Democrats are out of power, CNN and the like have elevated the game to whole new level. Fox still tries though.
