They are LITERALLY the same

dx LITERALLY equals zero

integration is LITERALLY just multiplying by zero

which means differentiation LITERALLY equals DIVIDING BY ZERO

It's the most intuitive interpretation and makes things a lot easier.

you can always have omega/2
you can also have omega^1/2
you can also have omega/omega = 1

omega is useful for calculus because it allows us to rigorously define infinitesimals, which allow us to define the derivative as it was originally concieved (leibniz notation shows this) as the ratio of infinitesimal quantities.

It also allows us to talk about integrals as infinite sums of infinitesimals

And that integrals, which is the infinite sum of areas (dy/dx) * dx is LITERALLY multiplying your derivative by a series of zeroes, i.e. $\displaystyle\sum_{i=0}^{\infty} (0/0) * 0 = f(x)$

as i told you three times already infinity is not a number, not even in the hyperreals nor in the surreals

zero has no multiplicative inverse, not even in the crazy number systems that allow for infinite quantities
