is there any real reason not to dump nuclear waste in the ocean? after all, it's not like it'll harm anyone humans if it's 15,000' beneath the sea. the ocean has a volume of 320 million cubic miles, any amount we put in there will eventually be diluted into oblivion no matter how hard we try. maybe a couple anglerfish get cancer, but who gives a fuck? look at chornobyl, it's a fucking wildlife paradise by mere virtue of being uninhabited by humans, and it's one of the most irradiated places on the planet.
