anyone here use mutation analysis tools? I want to know why mutationassessor.org is returning Xyom :: internal error! ?
Its not my input as the same error is present with the example on the site. It occasionally will return a result with blank fields in the results table.
Also why the hell is SIFT taking forever? An SNP analysis should take 20 minutes but its just running without completion, although it not timing out either.
