>>11761563There are physical laws that govern our universe, like the mass of an electron. These notions can be conveyed mathematically and in themselves could be considered "Something I can rely on with 100% certainty". All the functions your body performs, from the time you are born until the time we die, are reliant on these truths.
As evolution organizes matter into the creation of living things, truths must be communicated for the body to survive. I need to know if a predator is in my midst. The dragon here which evolution so valiantly combats is the fact that there is an infinite amount of potential truths to receive and broadcast. An infinite amount of potential information (and a limit on space and resources) means that perfect one to one truth will be sacrificed for more robust and specialized truth conveying structures. The eye will not observe the truth which lies in every direction, only from a narrow focal point. Within the brain, instead of one to one dissemination of signals, truth is conveyed through a weaving of truth from many sources within the brain and the body. Truths are fashioned into new and useful shapes. So while it appears that truth may be lost, truth is merely rearranging itself, perhaps even condensing.
So we are creatures of truth who are constantly bombarded by truth from all directions. We limit the amount of truth we let in to truth which most likely keeps us alive.
The universe is truth and anything else is an illusion.
