i usually go for a cup a day in the morning and i don't suffer from any problems. just don't drink too much and you'll be fine

Its not.

I think its been observed that people who drink moderately are healthier than those who dont drink at all. I think thats merely a correlation between the health of rich people who can afford to drink a little every night, and drinking a little every night. It is not causal.
