I’m going to preface this by saying that I am a brainlet when it comes to physics. However, a thought came to me about theories in physics that have long been viewed as correct. Let’s say that in an alternate universe, Einstein was never born or he was shot trying to escape the Nazis. His theories (ex: special relativity) were never developed or explained, or developed at a later date. That goes for any scientist with a groundbreaking theory as well. Things that we regarded as impossible are now valid to study and attempt, at least until another brain IQ god genius comes along and sets the theory in stone (think Nazis and teleportation, USA FTL travel, forms of energy generation thought impossible by current theories, etc.)
Thoughts or am I a brainlet? Pic unrelated.
