for the second one it depends on your intepretation
if a random two-child father is selected, and you are told that at least one of his children is a boy, the probability is 1/2 that the other is a boy.
if however, you randomly sample a child of such a father and it turns out to be a boy, then conditional probability is at play. for a BG pair you had a 1/2 chance of success and for a BB pair you had a 1/1 chance. So the probability that both are boys is 2/3.
