I am 18 and I have a flat head (back of the skull) that is shaped exactly like Brock Lesnar's head, is that indicative of any kind of genetic deficiency? Also does a flat head affect intelligence? and will it fix itself as I age?

The brain is incredibly adaptive, I would highly doubt it affects your intelligence at all. However, you’re probably built like a tank. Brock Lesnar, when he was younger at least, looked like a fucking god. You should build the brawn as well as the brain.

While brain size might be related to intelligence, I don't think it's the case for anon here.
We surely can't decide now as the head is still not fully developed.
The development of the head reaches its peak at around the age of 20-22 depending on the person's genetics, so anon still got 2 or 4 years to go.
Generally speaking, a smaller head might indicate a folded brain and not a smaller brain, which doesn't really affect the actual amount of neurons.
