>>11758868>Can I still learn advanced maths?Sure.
>Can I be another Einstein if I really will it or am I doomed to be a normalfag forever?Probably the latter? It's complicated... The thing with these 3 or 4 standard deviation above geniuses is that they're qualitatively smarter. Like the average person has an average bike. Then someone really smart and gifted, 2 standard deviations above the mean (130 IQ) has a great bike that's both light and fast and optimized in all sorts of ways, with the thin tires and carbon fibre frame, etc. This is a quantitative improvement.
But then, the Einstein-tier otherwordly genius comes along, and he has a motorcycle, a bike that is fundamentally and qualitatively different. It just cannot be compared, because it's a whole other playing field.
This motorcycle brings him to places people on bikes can't even really fathom going to. He goes on the highway with his motorcycle, and in that place his intuitions may lead him to discoveries and achievements that can't really be done through sheer effort of will by those who have pedal bikes.
These geniuses who change the world do work hard, but they work outside the box. With an average intelligence, you can work hard too, but you may be stuck in the box. You can be taken outside the box, but you don't have what it takes to go there by yourself, especially not at the right times.
