Why am I decent at math but retarded with language? And on the contrary why are a lot of people good at talking but can’t do math?

That's not how it works. Verbal reasoning is downstream of general intelligence. The reason g factor was created was to explain the strong correlations between different cognitive faculties and perceived general intelligence. If you are inarticulate and have difficulty expressing yourself verbally you will not outperform someone who excels at these things given equal amounts of effort paid to training those faculties. This is the case for all g loaded activities, you can improve at them if you are average or subpar but you will not keep pace with naturally talented people.

Im good with math, and i never had problems with speaking or reading. But i was so bad with grammar and writing even in my teens, my parents thought i have some disorder or something. They were worried if i can even finish high school.

Luckily i got trough it and now im starting my PhD, god bless spellcheckers and shit.
