Transferring to a big boy school from a community college with 4.0 GPA where nobody was even close to as smart as me. Do I have to worry about anything? Teachers have always said that barely studying will not work for you in college, but I made it through calculus-based physics 1/2 and calc 1-3 + diffEQ with only really studying the day before or of the day of exam.

That's what I was thinking. I want to know if any other CCfags have experience with this and when I go to a decent school will I get fucked from not having the best study habits.

It depends on how smart you are.
You can absolutely coast through undergrad with crappy study habits if you're reasonably smart. I did it all four years, and while I'm decently intelligent I'm not a gigabrain genius or anything.

You can still get by without studying much, but probably not with a 4.0. Your peers will most likely be much better students than those in your CC. University will also offer more opportunities that you should consider taking up, don't focus on grades the entire time.

Was in your situation a couple of years ago. Started it out with a decent GPA did better than the class average due to good study habits, dedication, and whatever else. Towards the end just wanted to graduate so it tanked by about 0.5. This post >>11758214 sums it up. You'l realize you still have room to grow and you may be bigger than the average fish even in the ocean, but you will see the real big fish swimming around and realize you may not be as big as them ever. By the sound of it though you're far bigger than the pond you are in and suited well for the ocean. I would recommend to still develop good habits and stress management but you should do fine.
