Since no one is going to ask here's how, I took a fidget spinner and started spinning the handle. Then I bit down on the fidget spinner and I noticed I could hear the handle spinning very clearly. When I stopped biting I couldn't hear anything anymore.
You can hear with your teeth. Using technology you could then make a machine to cure deafness. You're welcome, please spread this

There are different kind of deafness.
Good idea though, useful to some. Bone conduction radios are a thing, I had one as a kid. Near trivial to modify it to play the sound from a smartphone with a microphone. Try it out. Are you deaf?

Deaf people can function perfectly well in their societies, sound isn't a necessary sense in 2020 so saying you can 'cure' deafness is like saying you can 'cure' not having a prehensile tail.

I think it's called transcranial stimulation and it's well known. IIRC you can even hear ultrasound that way.

No, you didn't fix shit and neither does the hearing aids I've had since I was 13. All they do is amplify the frequencies I can't even hear anymore and make everything sound like a $5 logitech speaker thrown into a large plastic bin in the room next door.
