So I just mixed my shitty 62% Ethyl Alcohol hand sanitizer with a bit of my 99% Isopropyl alcohol. Did I improve the germ killing power of my hand sanitizer or did I waste my isopropyl since the hand sanitizer is so diluted? Can I add ammonia based windex to the shitty hand sanitizer to improve germ killing potential? I promise this isn't bait, I just want to make my hand sanitizer less shitty.
