Yes. Science is about building models that make predictions about the world that can be falsifiable. Social science does that, especially with IQ (watch that guy's videos on IQ), the fact that its brimming with feminist bulldykes and requires less mathematics doesn't stop it from being a valid subject.

theoretically yes, in practice absolutely not. It’s got bigger problems than psychology or nutritional science because it’s got direct financial motivations towards dishonesty and political motivations towards it as well.

Stanford prison experiment and Stanley Milgram's experiment were manipulated and turned out they are bullshit.

Also there are plenty of tests that arent reproducible on larger samples : Social priming, power posing, ego depletion, marshmallow test and the facial feedback test
