>>11744949if we are talking about ayy lmaos coming to earth "columbus and the indians" is a severe understatement. we would be like bacteria to them. if they are able to come here then they are definitely more advanced than us. but also given the size and the age of the universe and how fast technological progress is relative to that, it would be a bizarre coincidence if their civilization was "just" 1000 years older than us for example, since that is nothing in astronomical terms. so they'd likely be millions or billions years ahead of us.
