>What college does this kid come from?>Does he have any experience? Has he worked before? Has he done any internships?>Has he been referred? Does he know anybody in the company?>Is she a woman? Is he from a minority?>Did I get a good impression from him in the interview? Do I like him?>Is he a US citizen? Can he get a clearance? Will he need a visa?>Did he pass the coding test?
