Mexicans born in Mexico who are raised in the most absolute shit conditions and get illegally in the USA get to make a better life than blacks, usually by replacing blacks in the jobs blacks would previously be inserted.
So blacks get free quality education (yes, american public schools are better than most particular schools in _all_ of latin america), get free food, get to live in nice houses, but yet they underperform mexicans, who were raised in the most absolute shit schools, who lived in shacks and who probably had to cope with hunger.
Now imagine if those mexicans had the same opportunities? Wait, they are immigrating en-masse for the USA, and the second and third generations are stealing all the jobs from blacks. WEW!
