>>11742166Logic itself emanates from God.
When Saint Paul converted Stoics from Greece, they said that God was the Logos of stoicism, the logic by which the world is ruled.
Think as logic as one of the characteristics of God, it's how he thinks.
Summed with the characteristic of Eternity, or being never changing, that's one of the reasons he cannot do anything illogical, such as making a rock too heavy for him (an all powerful being); or making square circle. The concept of omnipotence actually just comes after his main characteristics, which is being logical, being eternal, being omniscient, being omnipresent, and being benevolent (incapable of sin, and the one who defines good and evil). So maybe you could argue against the name "omni"potent, but it's not that major or an issue, really.
He is logical and never changes this characteristic, otherwise he would not be eternal.
Logic comes from him, as the characteristic of how he thinks, so it comes neither after nor before him, but is just part of him. We are capable of logic because we're his image, which means we inherit some of his own characteristics.
