1. Limit how much you drink. For me, I can drink about 9-10 5% beers and get pretty drunk without feeling too bad the next day and no vomiting or anything. Everyone will be different.
2. Keep a bottle of water next to you when you go to bed and sip it throughout the night. This will reduce your hangover significantly the next day.
3. When you wake up, finish the water, relax for about an hour or two, then go on a long walk ~2 hrs)
4. Your hangover will be effectively over once you get home.
