Right, these answers aren't necessarily super intuitive to brainlet OP.
The radius of a proton (those tiny shits in atoms) is ~10^-15m.
So imagine you have a bigass inflatable ball, 1m (about 3 feet) in radius (twice that in diameter, it "stands taller" than most humans).
Imagine a planet, or whatever, that is as large in comparison to the inflatable ball, as the inflatable ball is to a proton.
The proton is to the planet, what our planet is to the universe, put in laymans terms.
