Cacao and various other herbs. Sugar too, tbqh. If you go without refined sugar for a while you become quite clear minded, but the short term energy of cane sugar or maple syrup can't really be beat. Especially mixed with chocolate. Sucks, but it's true (for me).
A lion's mane mushroom every once in a while.
That's about it. Nothing processed. Don't drink fluoridated water. Don't irradiate yourself with wireless devices or eat microwaved food.
