Unironically, what is the point of going to university and getting an undergrad degree in math or sciences without also getting a masters and phd?

You will not do anything remotely applicable to your field in the real world without a minimum of a masters. You might as well get a humanities degree and enjoy your 4 years of undergrad and maybe even have sex sometimes.
