>>11717255So here's the quick rundown. There are three leaked videos now confirmed to be legitimate by the Pentagon: The GIMBAL video (OP's pic, recorded in the east coast around 2015), the GOFAST video (recorded in 2015 in the east coast) and the TICTAC video (recorded in 2004 in the west coast).
I'll be talking about the TICTAC video because it's the one I'm most familiar with. There were hundreds of witnesses, all military personnel from the Carrier Strike Group 11, of which the USS Nimitz (a United States Navy super carrier) and the USS Princeton (a United States Navy missile cruiser) were a part of.
The Carrier Strike Group 11 was conducting an air defense exercise (ADEX) on the coast of San Diego in November of 2004 as preparation for deployment to the Iraq War later in 2005. During the 10-14th November 2004 period, the USS Princeton kept detecting unidentified aerial vehicles (UAVs) behaving erratically on their radar. These UAVs consisted of groups of 5 to 10 objects near the Catalina and San Clemente islands, south-west of San Diego. The UAVs descended from 80,000 feet to 28,000 feet and then onto sea level and back up. One of these descents was played back from the radar tape and computed to have been 28,000 feet in 0.78 second (approximately 3,000 g). They either hovered or flew in formation with even spacing. At 28,000 feet their speed was reported to have been a mere 100 knots. These UAVs would mostly appear during the late night to early morning period, when there were no airborne jets.
